The stages of a translation

1 The customer sends the request for a quotation2 The quotation is sent to the customer3 The customer accepts the quotation and pays4 The translated text is sent to the customer

Stage 1
THE CUSTOMER SENDS THE REQUEST FOR A QUOTATION.

Using the form on the "On line quotation" page the customer sends us the text or the exact number of keystrokes composing the text.
Every quotation is prepared personally by an Agenziatraduzioni.it staff member who carefully examines the features of the text, from its length to its subject.

Stage 2
THE QUOTATION IS SENT TO THE CUSTOMER.

The customer usually receives the quotation by e-mail (unless a different means was specified in the request).

Stage 3
THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE QUOTATION AND PAYS.

After considering the quotation, the customer can order the translation by following the instructions given in our e-mail. The payment must be effected at this stage.

Stage 4
THE TRANSLATED TEXT IS SENT TO THE CUSTOMER.

Within the stated time limit and according to the specification given in the quotation, the translation is sent to the customer.

This is the standard procedure, but for further details you can look at the FAQ page.
